Fillet brazed steel bikes, handcrafted in Oklahoma.

‘nother bi-lam

I’m building another bi-laminate 29er. The ‘lugs’ start out as straight gauge chromoly, and I cut them down to the desired thickness and cut the points and such.

Another reason a lathe is a beautiful thing.

I cut the first one by eyeball, and then use it to mark the smaller ones.

These will be the top tube lugs. More later.
